Let’s stop treating wellbeing as a noun.

Wellbeing should be a verb. Let’s prioritise your people noticing, reflecting and taking actions that shift them from languishing to flourishing. WorkingMind – for anchoring mindfulness into working life

The workplace can be a minefield of distractions, demands and expectations that can stress us out, overwhelm us and undermine our ability to focus, perform and be creative.
