On the flip side, cultivating attention, presence, resilience and open communication at work leads to greater satisfaction, engagement and collaboration. Learn to strengthen your ability to manage distractions and remain focused, reduce errors, improve the quality of your work and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This training was specifically designed to help participants understand, practice and anchor mindfulness in their working lives. It was developed through a research project exploring the integration of mindfulness into work and leadership.
