CO-CREATING YOUR JOURNEY OF INNER WORK FOR OUTER TRANSFORMATION

Personal and professional flourishing starts from within.

MiND.U crafts experiences that support you to be more present, aware and attentive while building your resilience and capacity to connect and attend to yourself and those around you. In the workplace, leadership and our wider lives, the importance of presence and how people feel cannot be underestimated. At MiND.U this is where we start.

We look forward to collaborating with you as a leader, individual or organisation to co-create a bespoke journey to suit your needs.

WHAT MAKES MiND.U DIFFERENT?

Our evidence-based tools and programmes are backed by research and delivered with energy.

‘I can’t recommend Lotty enough – her industry knowledge in terms of team wellbeing, culture and mindfulness is amazing – but its her translation of this through her delivery and engagement which sets her apart.’

THE MiND.Uvalues

Our values are at the heart of everything we do. At MiND.U we do our best work when we collaborate with like-minded people and organisations who share these values.

Passionate about how people feel

We show care, consideration and compassion for those around us at all times.

Open, curious and ever-adapting

We actively listen to the people we work with, exploring, learning and evolving as we go.

Devoted to creating value

We do this by helping others learn and grow in an engaging and practical way.

Easy to work with

We keep things simple, communicating with our customers in a way that works for them.

Role models for what we teach

We embody the lessons and ideas we share while being transparent and upfront about mistakes and mishaps we make along the way.

THE MiND.U MISSION

These three pillars guide the MiND.U mission, which is to enable our clients to:

Courageously feel

This represents our depth of study and hands on work with emotions, emotional wellness and emotional culture in the workplace.

Mindfully flourish

Our mission is to make the practice of mindfulness part of how people roll, both in our personal lives via our retreats and courses, but also at work, with a focus on mindful workplaces, teams and mindful leaders too.

Tenderly flow

This is the practice of focusing truly on what matters most and achieving flow state through the art of letting go and doing less. Are we crazy – nope, it’s crazy to keep adding things and not stopping things.

It’s my absolute pleasure to highly recommend Lotty to you. The value she’s added, and her insights have helped us move forward in our pursuit to increase the project and change management capabilities of our middle leaders. We are well on the way with our journey thanks to Lotty’s advice and input.”

Heather Compton
Learning and Capability Manager, Healthscope

“Lotty spoke at a corporate leadership conference I organised in September 2018 and was an absolute pleasure to work with. One of the things I really appreciated about Lotty was how keen she was to understand as much about the audience as possible, which made her presentation relevant and personalised. Her presentation was very well-received, with a number of our leaders saying it was a highlight of the conference.”

Haley Coe
Director , The Halo Effect

“Lotty is a wonderful guide and coach.  She has supported us beautifully on our journey.  This has helped us to do more of the things that enhance our people’s experience at work and less of the things that don’t, transforming our culture in the process.  Lotty brings wisdom, humour and insight to the work she does.  We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Lotty and recommend the work she does for anyone interested in cultural transformation.”

Amanda Thorpe
Head of People and Culture TMNZ

“It was a good reminder that emotion does play an everyday part in our roles as leaders and it gave some real tangible skills in dealing with it.”
