The Wellbeing Deck Workshop Let’s stop treating wellbeing as a noun. Wellbeing should be a verb. Let’s prioritise your people noticing, reflecting and taking actions that shift them from languishing to flourishing. In this interactive workshop, participants will reflect on and define what they feel are the conditions they need to thrive. Wellbeing becomes more powerful when it’s individually created and owned. The ‘Wellbeing Deck’ tool will facilitate this process. WorkingMind – for anchoring mindfulness into working life The workplace can be a minefield of distractions, demands and expectations that can stress us out, overwhelm us and undermine our ability to focus, perform and be creative. On the flip side, cultivating attention, presence, resilience and open communication at work leads to greater satisfaction, engagement and collaboration. Learn to strengthen your ability to manage distractions and remain focused, reduce errors, improve the quality of your work and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This training was specifically designed to help participants understand, practice and anchor mindfulness in their working lives. It was developed through a research project exploring the integration of mindfulness into work and leadership.
