WorkingMind – for anchoring mindfulness into working life

The workplace can be a minefield of distractions, demands and expectations that can stress us out, overwhelm us and undermine our ability to focus, perform and be creative. On the flip side, cultivating attention, presence, resilience and open communication at work leads to greater satisfaction, engagement and collaboration. Learn to strengthen your ability to manage distractions and remain focused, reduce errors, improve the quality of your work and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

This training was specifically designed to help participants understand, practice and anchor mindfulness in their working lives. It was developed through a research project exploring the integration of mindfulness into work and leadership.

Leading Through Change Programme

Learning to lead others through change effectively requires self-awareness, agility of mind, personal resilience, emotional intelligence and an understanding around the typical responses and reactions to expect during periods of change, and this is where the content of the MiND.U ‘Leading Through Change’ programme focuses.

Consisting of 3 x 2.5-3 hour workshops – delivered either virtually or in person over a 3 to 5 week period, this programme provides the knowledge and tools to set leaders up to lead themselves and their teams through the rollercoaster of change.

Leading Cultural Transformation Journeys

To truly develop a successful and enabled workplace culture takes time, and strong leadership. Most culture transformations are a journey not a one-stop ‘workshop’.
This is why at MiND.U we focus on developing culture and leadership journeys.
Change may be inspired by one workshop but that inspiration is rarely enough to actually make the change happen. At MiND.u we focus on creating a development journey that works with you and are there walking the path with you to help you get the results you desire.
