This course is essential for change leaders and managers looking to focus on navigating the emotional side of change within their organisations. The Emotional Change Strategy Course equips participants with the tools and knowledge to better lead and land change with empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence.

The course is designed to be highly interactive and hands-on, allowing leaders to practice and apply what they learn in a tactile learning environment. This hands-on 1 day workshop is designed for immediate application, ensuring that you can translate insights into action as soon as you return to your team or clients.

Resilience Through Change

There is nothing more constant than change.

Change is a reality of life, yet we often find it uncomfortable and challenging. The best way to navigate change and uncertainty in our external world is to first understand what is happening in our internal world. During this session, we’ll explore what happens in our minds during uncertain times and how that shows up in our emotions and behaviours. You’ll also learn practical tips to support yourself through times of change.
